Due to the Expropriation (Price Determination and Registration) case pending in our court between the Plaintiff, TURKISH ELECTRICITY DISTRIBUTION ANONYMOUS COMPANY and the Defendants, CENGİZ ŞAHİN, ERDAL ŞAHİN, ERGÜN ŞAHİN, HANIM ARSLAN, MUAMMER ŞAHİN, MURAT ŞAHİN, NECLA GÜLMEN, PERİHAN CESUR; It is hereby DECLARED that the administration has decided to expropriate the immovable property numbered 5233 island 29 parcel in Tol Neighborhood, Bala District, Ankara Province, which is the subject of the lawsuit, and that primarily the purchase procedure was applied in accordance with Article 8 of the Expropriation Law No. 2942 as amended by Law No. 4650, however, the purchase negotiations ended in disagreement, and that it has been decided to expropriate the immovable property numbered 5233 island 29 parcel in Tol Neighborhood, Bala District, Ankara Province, which is the subject of the lawsuit, in accordance with Article 8 of the Expropriation Law No. 2942. It is hereby DECLARED that the superior right and claimants on this immovable property should apply to our court with the documents and evidence proving their claims in the file numbered above, otherwise, if the plaintiff proves his claims, a decision will be made for its determination and registration in the name of the plaintiff, Turkish Electricity Distribution Joint Stock Company.
