DOCUMENT NO : 2024/386 Main DEFENDANT : İSMAİL BİLMEDİ In the trial of the Divorce and Property Division (Divorce and Property Division Due to Fundamental Shaking) case filed against you by the plaintiff; an invitation was sent to your address stated in the petition by your court to notify you of the hearing date, but the notification could not be made on the grounds that you left your address. Since no result could be obtained from the address search, it was decided that the petition and the hearing date be notified by announcement.

Hearing Day: You are hereby notified that you are present at the hearing on 18/12/2025 at 10:15 in person or have yourself represented by an attorney, otherwise the trial will continue in your absence in accordance with Article 213/2 of the Civil Procedure Code as amended by Law No. 3156, and that you are hereby notified that you are present at the court on the day and time to be determined for the oral hearing and verdict after the investigation is completed, in accordance with Article 186 of the Civil Procedure Code, and that if you are not present at the court on the determined day and time, the verdict will be given in your absence. The Petition and the hearing date are notified by announcement to be valid instead.
