Uraloğlu, announcing that they have invested approximately 20 billion lira in Tunceli's transportation and communications infrastructure over the last 23 years , said, "We increased the length of divided highways from 2 kilometers to 48 kilometers. We introduced the people of Tunceli to safety and comfort on the roads with a 58-kilometer bituminous hot mix paved road, which was not previously available. We have completed important highway projects such as the Tunceli City Crossing, the Elazığ-Bingöl Junction-Tunceli Road, the Çemişgezek Crossing, and the Pertek Ring Road."
