Within the framework of the procedures and principles specified in Articles 103-106 of the Tax Procedure Law No. 213 and the General Communiqué of the Tax Procedure Law serial no. 345 and 577, the date of the announcement is the 15th day following 10/09/2025, which is the date on which the announcement is posted in the place reserved for announcements in our Directorate. It is hereby announced that if an application is made to our Directorate in person or through a proxy within one month from this date or if the full address is notified by registered letter or telegram, the registered official notification will be made within a period of time; otherwise, the notification will be deemed to have been made at the end of one month from the date of announcement.
