Actress and voice artist Neşe Aksoy, who starred in many productions such as 'The Solution is in Your God', 'Wild Love', and 'My Friend', announced that she was diagnosed with lung cancer in 2023.

Kıvanç Terzioğlu, General Manager of the Film-San Foundation, released a statement regarding Aksoy's health. Terzioğlu stated that Aksoy is receiving treatment at a hospital in Izmir.

Terzioğlu said, "My dear friend, sister, and actress Neşe Aksoy is currently hospitalized in Izmir. I just spoke to her and she is battling a serious illness, but I believe she will pull through. I wish her a speedy recovery and ask that you send your prayers."
