This could be the end of streaming as we know it. Netflix is entering the fray for TVN owner's assets.

Netflix is exploring the possibility of bidding on Warner Bros. Discovery's film studio and streaming division. According to Reuters, this would allow it to gain control of franchises and rights to Superman and the Harry Potter series, among others.
In June, WBD announced plans to split the company into two companies, Warner Bros. and Discovery Global, by the end of this year, which would allow it to accelerate the development of various business segments.
The case concerns streaming and new techniques for transmitting images and data, which are becoming increasingly popular, especially among subscribers in the United States.
Meanwhile, in Europe, the still older technology of cable and satellite television is developing and attracting new people willing to watch HBO.
Television stations are also important , including CNN, TNT Sports, Eurosport, and in Poland TVN and TVN 24.
Skydance and Paramount have made offers to Warner Bros. Discovery shareholders to acquire the entire business and, if they accept, to receive an additional share premium.
The management board is analyzing the proposal , but also maintains the adopted strategy of separating the television, streaming and film production parts.
