Traffic education for little ones in Aydin

A safe traffic education program was organized for Şehit Celal Güngör Primary School and Kindergarten students within the scope of Traffic and First Aid Week in the special traffic track and training area located in Sümerpark in Nazilli district of Aydın . In the event, students were informed about the use of pedestrian paths and overpasses, as well as traffic signs and rules. Red whistles and various coloring books were presented to the little ones who applied the traffic rules step by step.
TRAFFIC TRAINING WAS GIVEN TO 4,115 CHILDREN
Speaking at the event, Nazilli District Governor Huriye Küpeli Kan said, "Since the beginning of the education and training period in the district, 4,115 of our children have received practical traffic training in this special traffic training and track area. Our traffic police officers have provided training to our 3rd and 4th grade students who come here throughout the year, saying 'A tree bends when it is young'. We encounter traffic accidents every day. These traffic accidents sometimes result in loss of life. We are also very saddened by this situation. In fact, if everyone obeyed the traffic rules, we would not encounter these painful results. We want our citizens to wear helmets for life safety on motorcycles. When we asked our children, one person said 'My father wears a helmet', the others said 'He doesn't'. Hopefully, our children will warn them. Hopefully, traffic safety will be provided in our district and none of our citizens will see an accident or trouble. We should definitely wear our seat belts while driving."
In addition to District Governor Huriye Küpeli Kan, Nazilli District Police Chief Şafak Yıldırım, Nazilli District Gendarmerie Commander Captain Ahmet Refik Özsoy, Nazilli District National Education Director İsmail Şimşek, branch managers, educator traffic police officers and gendarmerie officers, teachers and parents also attended the event.
