It is understood that the plaintiff Hasan Yüksel has filed a registration lawsuit against the defendants Antalya Metropolitan Municipality, Treasury of Finance and Alanya Municipality based on the fact that he is the owner of the immovable property of 2,500 m² located in Kölehasanlı Location, Türkler Neighborhood, Alanya District, Antalya Province, with an area outside the cadastre to the north and 270 island 4 parcels, an area outside the cadastre to the south and east and a road to the west, which he has cultivated without dispute and without interruption since he was a child and benefited from its products. It is hereby declared that those who claim rights regarding the subject matter of the lawsuit, the parties and characteristics of which are specified, must apply to the file numbered 2024/156 of our Court.
