Beşiktaş Municipality offers Ashura to citizens

Beşiktaş Deputy Mayor Rasim Şişman also attended the ashure feast held in front of the Sinan Paşa Mosque. Şişman served the ashure to the citizens and chatted with them. In a social media post, Şişman said, “May our ashure be fruitful and our unity last forever. We served the ashure, meticulously prepared in our soup kitchen, to our neighbors in the Sinanpaşa and Levent neighborhoods. May every bite we share strengthen our unity and affection.”

Citizens showed great interest in the Ashura offered, thanking the municipality. District resident Mehmet Erdem said, "May our Muharram be blessed. It's a beautiful month for religion and brotherhood. The Ashura has a wonderful consistency and flavor. I thank everyone who contributed."

Another resident, Ramazan Vatan, said, "When I think of the month of Muharram, I think of abundance, happiness, and peace. I hope everyone spends this month peacefully and healthily. I thank our municipality for this wonderful offering, and may God accept their good deeds."
