It's not a disease, every man has it! As we age, cancer cells develop.

Tinay emphasized that the prostate is not a disease but a natural organ found in every man. "There are actually three main conditions that can arise with the prostate: cancer, benign growth, or acute and chronic infections. Therefore, saying 'My grandfather or father had a prostate' isn't entirely accurate, because we all have it. The important thing is whether it causes any symptoms," he said. Tinay explained that prostate problems usually arise from enlargement or bladder involvement. "Patients most often consult a doctor with complaints such as frequent urination, incomplete emptying of urine, interrupted urination, needing to urinate again shortly after going to the toilet, a sudden urgency, urinary incontinence, or blood in the urine. In other words, the issue isn't the prostate itself, but the symptoms it causes," he said.
