TOKİ APPLICATIONS HAVE STARTED
As part of the Housing of the Century Project, the most comprehensive social housing initiative in the history of the Republic, TOKİ has officially launched the application process for 500,000 new housing units. To avoid overcrowding, applications will be accepted in stages based on the last digit of the Turkish ID number. The application schedule based on the ID number is as follows:
Citizens can submit their applications through branches of Ziraat Bank, Halkbank, and Emlak Katılım Bank, or through e-Government. Applications will be accepted at authorized banks' branches listed on the TOKİ website, regardless of Turkish ID.
WHEN AND WHERE SHOULD THE TOKİ APPLICATION FEE BE PAID?
To complete the application process, each candidate must pay a 5,000 TL application fee. For applications submitted through e-Government, the system opens a special account in your name, and your IBAN information is sent via SMS.
