The worker's legs were cut off after he fell into the plastic crushing machine!

Working in a plastic factory in the scrap dealers' site in Antalya, Uzbekistan national Kudratov Mirzokhid lost his balance and fell into the crushing machine while pushing the hard plastic material into it with his feet.

Teams were dispatched to the address after other workers in the factory who witnessed the accident reported it.

Antalya OSB and Metropolitan Municipality firefighters removed the worker from the machine. Mırzokhıd, whose legs were severed below the knee by the machine's wheels, was taken to the hospital by ambulance after the intervention of the medical team.

A shopkeeper working in the industrial site said, "I heard shouting while I was working, then the fire department came. The citizen fell into the machine. His legs were stuck in the crushing machine. There was not much we could do. We just tried to help."

An investigation has been launched regarding the incident.
