File No: 2024/40 Main Decision No: 2025/223 Decision Our court's decision numbered 2024/40, Main Decision numbered 2025/223, dated 07/05/2025, for the crime of Theft through the Use of Information Systems, and consequently sentenced to 5 years in prison in accordance with Article 142/2-e of the TCK, by the indication of Article 37/1 of the TCK, to Süleyman ÖZEN, son of Ekrem and Gülsüm, born on 24/12/1984 in Denizli, and registered in the Sazak neighborhood/village of Denizli, Sarayköy, and with the same decision, sentenced to 5 years in prison in accordance with Article 142/2-e of the TCK, by the indication of Article 37/1 of the TCK, to İbrahim and Fatma, born on 29/09/1971 in Bransehweig/Germany, It is hereby announced that Ferhat KEÇECİ, registered in Evciler mah/village of Çine, could not be found despite all searches, and since the Reasoned Decision and the Appeal Petition of the participating party could not be served, it was decided that the notification was made 7 days after the date of the announcement by an announcement in the newspaper in accordance with the articles 28 and 29 and the following of the Notification Law No. 7201, and that the appeal to the Regional Court of Justice would be open by a petition to be submitted to our court or the nearest comparable court within two weeks from the date of notification of the decision or by making a statement to the court clerk, provided that it is recorded in the minutes.
