Peace talks between Russia and Ukraine will be held in Istanbul for the third time. A statement came from Ukrainian President Zelensky ahead of the meeting between the delegations planned for Monday. Zelensky, who stated that the Ukrainian delegation will arrive in Istanbul tomorrow, said, "I defined our positions before the meeting in Istanbul on Monday. The first is a full and unconditional ceasefire. The second is the release of the detainees."
