Aid from AFAD to those affected by the fire: 162 thousand liras per household

Turkey is fighting fires. The Disaster and Emergency Management Presidency ( AFAD ) made a statement on its social media account regarding those affected by the fires. Stating that over 50 thousand people were temporarily taken to safe zones in the fires that occurred throughout the country, including 230 people in 2 neighborhoods in Sakarya, 609 people in 7 villages and 10 neighborhoods in Bilecik, 2,936 people in Akhisar, Manisa, 42,300 people in Seferihisar, İzmir, and 1,500 citizens in 5 neighborhoods in Hatay, AFAD announced that 79 people were affected by the fires. It was announced that 162 thousand liras of cash aid per household would be provided to disaster victims who did not request containers and wanted to shelter with their own means in the fires supported by 350 AFAD personnel, and 72 thousand liras of cash aid would be provided to those who requested containers.
