Zelenskyy calls on Russia to visit Istanbul

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy called on Russia to hold the third round of the Istanbul talks, which began in Dolmabahçe. Zelenskyy stated that they want to establish a new platform for talks next week, saying, "We are implementing the agreements reached in Istanbul. Lasting peace can only be achieved at the leadership level."
