President Erdoğan: You can receive good news at any time

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan made an important statement regarding the Terror-Free Turkey process at the Mother's Day program he attended.

Stating that they are following the process meticulously, Erdoğan said, "We are determined to save our country from the scourge of terrorism, which has caused deep pain to our citizens from all walks of life for 40 years and has thrown dynamite at our national brotherhood."

"WE WILL ACHIEVE A TERRORISM-FREE Türkiye"

Stating that they are following up on the work with state seriousness and without leaving the slightest gap, Erdoğan said, "I believe that with the support of our dear nation and especially the sincere prayers of all mothers, we will reach the range of a Terror-Free Turkey."

"YOU CAN RECEIVE GOOD NEWS AT ANY TIME"

"We will not fall for the tricks of those who try to drown our region in blood and chaos. We will respond to those who want to divide us by closing our ranks," said Erdoğan, adding, "We will build the Century of Turkey together. You can and will receive good news at any time."

Highlights from President Erdoğan's speech are as follows:

"No matter how proud we are of the mothers and fathers who raised these children of the country, who are devoted to their country, flag and state, who are passionately in love with their nation, who are monuments of mercy, it would be insufficient. I remember here once again with deep respect all the mothers of our martyrs and veterans.

"I REMEMBER THE MOTHERS OF GAZA WITH GRACE"

I respectfully commemorate the mothers of Gaza who have attained the rank of martyrdom, leaving thousands of orphans in tears in the brutal genocide that has been going on in Palestine for 19 months. I also celebrate the mother's day of my precious wife and my beloved daughters, and thank them for their patience and efforts.

"WE WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT AS Türkiye"

Wherever we look, children are dying. Wherever we turn, women are dying. Innocent Gazans waiting in line for food are being brutally murdered. As Turkey , we continue to make every effort to end all the suffering in different parts of the world.

I pray to God to grant us the opportunity to see days when peace and tranquility reign and Mother's Day is celebrated with beauty. Mothers always have a sacred place in both our faith and tradition. Heaven is under the feet of mothers.

Just as the foundation of society is family, the foundation of family is also mother, woman. In a society where mothers are not strong, no matter what you do, you cannot achieve success and prosperity. We have never ignored this truth in our 23 years in power.

We have always determined our efforts to strengthen the family institution in this direction. We have provided very strong support to families and mothers with our ministries and institutions. We have always been by the side of our mothers in terms of improving working conditions, social assistance and care services.

We are doing and will do whatever is necessary to ensure that the perpetrators of these brutal attacks receive the harshest punishment they deserve. The uncompromising implementation of Law No. 6284, the strongest shield against violence against women, continues to be our priority. We have provided 61 percent of our social assistance to women.
