Mother's Day surprise at Darülaceze: Emotional moments were experienced

Arnavutköy Mayor Mustafa Candaroğlu made a meaningful visit on Mother's Day. Visiting Darülaceze with his mother, Mayor Candaroğlu came together with our elders who dedicated their lives to love, patience and sacrifice and celebrated their Mother's Day. The visit was the scene of heart-warming, sincere moments and emotional meetings.

There are very few things in life as precious as a mother's prayer. President Candaroğlu kissed the hands of the Darülaceze residents one by one and presented them with flowers; he listened to their memories and touched their hearts with his sincere smiles. The fact that the President was there with his own mother on this special day deepened the meaning of the visit even more.

"Our mothers are the pillars of this society and the strongest bond between the past and the future," said President Candaroğlu, who became emotional as he listened to the stories hidden in the hearts of every mother.

President Candaroğlu said, "Our mothers are the most beautiful definition of compassion, mercy and devotion. In our culture, heaven is under the feet of mothers. Being here today, touching their hands, sharing their prayers was one of the most precious moments for us. The prayers of these beautiful people, each of whom has been kneaded with a lifetime of devotion, illuminate our path."

During the visit, souvenir photos were taken and long conversations were had with our elders. Mayor Candaroğlu emphasized that Arnavutköy Municipality will continue to be with the elderly not only on special days but every day of the year with its social municipality approach, and gave the message, "We are with them not just today, but every day."
