Ministry of Health announces second-term appointments: 17,000 appointments will be made
HE TALKED ABOUT THE 2ND TERM APPOINTMENTS OF THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH

A new announcement has been made regarding the Ministry of Health's second-term appointments. Health Minister Kemal Memişoğlu recalled the personnel recruitments made at the beginning of the year, stating that the initial appointment of 18,000 non-physician healthcare workers has been completed.

PRESENTED TO THE PRESIDENT

Regarding the appointments, Memişoğlu said, "We have colleagues waiting for appointment. We are launching a second appointment program in September. We had planned to hire a total of 35,000 non-physician healthcare personnel in 2025. We hired 18,000 of them mid-year, completed the planning for the remaining 17,000, and submitted them to the Presidency this month. Announcements will be made as soon as possible. With our plans and our new colleagues, we will, God willing, provide much better healthcare services in 2026."

Minister Memişoğlu also highlighted healthy living and preventive healthcare services, saying, "As the Ministry of Health, our goal is not only to provide treatment, but also to provide services with a vision of health that protects and produces. There are currently four healthy living centers in Samsun, and we have plans for five more. We will renovate family health centers and open at least 10 new centers."
