According to the union, salaries will increase by a base amount for all professions and pay scales. Based on a full-time position with 40 hours, this represents an increase of €160 – starting with the July salary. The contract runs for 18 months until December 31, 2026.

Tanja Kratt, Federal Executive Board Member and Head of the Adexa Tariff Commission, emphasized: »We are pleased that we can now offer our members in Saxony a new The positive signals from the The coalition agreement may have helped with this."

The Adexa cites a few examples: For licensed nurses in their first and second year of employment, the standard gross monthly salary for full-time practice is €4,095, rising from the sixth year onwards to €4,883. PTAs start at €2,601 gross and PKAs at €2,338; from the sixth year onwards, it is €3,142 for PTAs and €2,771 for PKAs. The standard salary also increases accordingly for branch managers.

The possibility for pharmacy employees in Saxony to receive bonuses according to the The collective agreement on the remuneration of further and advanced training (TV FBWB) therefore remains unchanged.

In addition, training allowances in Saxony are increasing to the level of the other two collective agreements (ADA and TGL Nordrhein): For PhiP, it is €1,100 per month, for PTA interns, €850 per month, and for PKA trainees, €850 in the first year of training, €900 in the second year, and €950 in the third year. Tanja Kratt: "This increase is an important and necessary signal in light of the shortage of young talent."

The emergency service flat rates for pharmacists and pharmaceutical engineers from July 2025 were calculated on the basis of the standard salary increased by 160 euros.

According to Adexa, although a specific clause for renegotiations – as in the collective wage agreement with TGL Nordrhein – is not included, the increase in pharmacy remuneration announced in the coalition agreement will be kept in mind. The development of the statutory minimum wage will also be taken into account.

Tanja Kratt: "If the Minimum Wage Commission for 2026 actually approaches the target of 60 percent of the median wage, and thus the €15 demanded by the SPD, Adexa believes the entire wage structure would have to be improved." The collectively agreed gross hourly wage for PKA entrants in Saxony will be €13.51 starting in July 2025.

The tariff table will soon be available at www.adexa-online.de/tarifvertraege .
