Walsh to start for Galway against Dubs

Galway manager Padraic Joyce has made one change to his side for tomorrow’s All-Ireland SFC group stage opener against Dublin in Salthill.
It sees Shane Walsh back in the Connacht champions’ starting line-up after having been out of action since suffering a back injury against the Dubs’ during the teams’ Allianz League clash in mid-March.
Walsh is named at centre-half forward for Tribesmen in what is the only change by Joyce from the Connacht final win over Mayo a fortnight ago, with Sean Fitzgerald the player who drops to the bench.
Meanwhile, Damien Comer still remains on the injured list for Galway having suffered a problem during a challenge match after their Connacht semi-final victory against Roscommon.
Throw-in at Pearse Stadium tomorrow is at 5pm.
