The name of the UEFA Conference League final has been announced!

The semi-final stage of the UEFA Conference League has ended after two matches played today.

Chelsea, representing the English Premier League, hosted Swedish team Djurgarden at home. Portuguese referee Joao Pinheiro blew the whistle in the match played at Stamford Bridge.

The home team Chelsea won the fast-paced match with a goal scored by Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall in the 38th minute. Following this result, Chelsea won the first leg 4-1 and qualified for the final.
