Due to the Title Deed Cancellation and Registration (Registration on Behalf of the Treasury Due to Absence) case pending in our court between the plaintiff MINISTRY OF TREASURY AND FINANCE and MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENT, URBANIZATION AND CLIMATE CHANGE BILECIK PROVINCIAL DIRECTORATE OF ENVIRONMENT AND URBANIZATION; The subject of the case is that Naciye A., who owns a full share of the immovable property qualified as "land" located in İsmetpaşa Neighborhood, Central District of Bilecik Province, Block 78, Parcel 1, 233.76 m², cannot be found despite all the researches made in our file, her population record cannot be reached, it is unknown whether she is alive or not, and that those who have information should submit information and documents to our court file numbered 2025/56, otherwise a decision of her absence will be made about the aforementioned person. This is hereby announced to all relevant persons in accordance with Article 33/2 and Article 713 of the Turkish Civil Code.
