BASIS NO: 2025/26 Estate of the deceased MUSTAFA GÜNEY, born on 23/01/1960 and died on 22/09/2025, registered in the population registry in the KEŞAP district, UĞURCA neighborhood/village, Volume 4, 57, Family row no. 25, has been rejected by all of his legal heirs and the official liquidation of the estate has been requested;

It is declared in accordance with Article 621 of the Turkish Civil Code that those who will receive a debt, including creditors, due to the guarantee, must declare and register their receivables and debts with our Court of Justice, together with any documents, within ONE month at the latest from the date of announcement. Otherwise, in accordance with Article 621 of the Turkish Civil Code, the heirs of those who do not register their receivables within this period will not be able to pursue them either personally or in relation to the estate, and they must provide information about the lien and security.
