The Will in Form of Regulation dated 02/04/2014 and journal numbered 4009, which was sent in a sealed envelope and which the late Şakir SANCAK had drawn up at the 3rd Notary Public of Eyüpsultan before his death, was proceeded to be opened and read. According to the will: "To be valid after my death, I leave and bequeath my entire share in the real estate of which I am the owner and shareholder by title deed, located in SAĞMALCILAR VILLAGE IN THE VILLAGE, BAYRAMPAŞA DISTRICT, ISTANBUL PROVINCE, and registered under the title deed 2/16 LAND SHARE 1ST FLOOR NO, (2) INDEPENDENT SECTION NO, page 18/6, parcel number 6071, and which is a residence, to my spouse SULTAN SANCAK, with the Turkish ID number 2*********2, after my death. I declare that my last wishes and desires are as follows." It was understood that he finished his words as follows.

If you do not come to the hearing on 23/10/2025 at 11:50 because the address and identity information of the heir cannot be reached, or if you do not come and make a statement, if you do not accept the will and if you do not file a lawsuit against the will and notify our court within 1 month, you will be deemed to have accepted the will as is, the matter will continue in your absence in accordance with Article 597 of the Turkish Civil Code, and it is hereby notified by public notice, valid in place of the will and the hearing date. 30/06/2025
