BAYRAMPASA MUNICIPALITY

1. Tender for the rental of 3 football pitches and the changing rooms on the ground floor of the management building located at Kocatepe Neighborhood, Şehir Parkı Street No:8/2 and the administrative section overlooking the football pitches for 3 years.
2. The specifications can be obtained from the Real Estate Expropriation Directorate for a fee of 40,000 TL or viewed free of charge at the same location.
3. The tender will be held in the Municipality Council room located in the Municipality service building on Thursday, July 17, 2025 at 10:30 am, pursuant to Article 35/a of the State Tender Law No. 2886.
4. Leasing for 3 years with an estimated price of 600,000.00TL + VAT/month, a temporary guarantee of 3% (648,000.00 TL) of the 3-year rental fee will be taken in accordance with Article 25 of the State Tender Law No. 2886.
5. DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FROM TENDERERS

a) Copy of identity card, residence and criminal record (Real persons) b) Receipt showing that the Guarantees and Specification Fee specified in the State Tender Law No. 2886 has been paid. (Real-Legal Persons) c) Document showing that the legal entity is registered in the registry, obtained from the Chamber of Commerce and/or Industry where the legal entity is registered according to its legislation, within the last year as of the tender date (Legal Persons) d) Notarized power of attorney in case of application to the tender by proxy. (Real-Legal Persons) e) Notarized authorization certificate issued within the last year as of the tender date, Notarized signature circular, Notarized signature declaration for real persons (For associations, a certified copy of the relevant page of the decision book and a Notarized signature declaration of the authorized person) (Legal Persons-Real Persons) f) Partnership Declaration in case of joint participation. In this case All partners must meet all tender participation conditions.
