The world's most valuable brands have been announced: Technology brands are at the top

Kantar BrandZ's annual research has revealed that the total value of the world's most valuable brands has reached $10.7 trillion.
This represents a 29 percent increase compared to last year. While the overwhelming majority of the list consists of US-based brands, the dominance of technology giants continues to be visible.
APPLE IS THE LEADER FOR THE 4TH TIMEApple managed to top the list for the fourth consecutive year with a brand value of $1.3 trillion. With an annual growth of 28 percent, Apple maintained its strong brand value despite economic fluctuations and intense competition. The technology giant continues to hold an important position in the global market.
GOOGLE, MICROSOFT AND AMAZON FOLLOWFollowing Apple are Google ($944 billion, up 25 percent), Microsoft ($884 billion, up 24 percent) and Amazon ($866 billion, up 50 percent).
Amazon attracted attention with its 50 percent growth last year and solidified its place in fourth place.
NVIDIA'S RAPID RISE DRAWS ATTENTIONNVIDIA was one of the brands that left its mark on 2025. With its success in the artificial intelligence and chip sector, its brand value increased by 152 percent to $509 billion and entered the list in fifth place.
This rise once again demonstrated the company's strength in technology.
META RISES WITH FACEBOOK AND INSTAGRAMFacebook, which is under the Meta umbrella, ranked sixth with a brand value of $300 billion, growing by 80 percent. Instagram climbed to seventh place with a brand value of $228 billion, growing by 101 percent. Meta is increasing its effectiveness in the social media sector every day.
MCDONALD'S CONTINUES TO MAINTAIN ITS STABLE VALUEThe only non-tech brand in the top 10 was McDonald's. The fast food giant ranked eighth with a stable brand value of $221 billion. Although McDonald's did not show any increase in brand value, it managed to maintain its strength in the sector.
OTHER BRANDS IN THE TOP 10
Oracle ($215 billion, up 48 percent) and Visa ($213 billion, up 13 percent) were ranked ninth and 10th, respectively. Both companies earned their places on the list by delivering strong performances in their respective sectors.
THE LEADERSHIP OF TECHNOLOGY GIANTS CONTINUESWhile tech giants continue to dominate the 2025 Kantar BrandZ list, new areas such as artificial intelligence and digital transformation continue to rise.
The value of these companies’ brands continues to grow rapidly despite the economic changes around the world. In addition to the technology sector, brands from different areas such as social media and fast food continue to rank high.
2025 shows that the value of brands increases with each passing year and sectoral diversity strengthens.
