Mother's Day message from President Erdoğan

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan celebrated Mother's Day by sharing a post on his social media account. President Erdoğan said in his message, "I congratulate all the mothers of our country and the world on Mother's Day. I pray to God to grant our mothers, whose rights we can never repay no matter what we do, a blessed, happy, and fruitful life together with their families, children, and loved ones. I remember all our mothers who have migrated from this world to the next, especially my dear mother, with mercy, gratitude, and appreciation. I also congratulate the Mother's Day of the honorable mothers of our martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the flutter of the glorious crescent, for the survival of our beloved homeland, and for the independence and future of our nation, and I kiss the hands of each of them. I respectfully greet the precious mothers of our veterans who paid a very heavy price for these lands entrusted to the martyrs, and I congratulate all of them on Mother's Day. Similarly, in the brutal genocide that has been going on in Palestine for exactly 19 months, there are thousands of tearful, heartbroken "I respectfully commemorate all the mothers of Gaza who have attained the rank of martyrdom by leaving orphans. I wholeheartedly congratulate my precious wife and my beloved daughters on Mother's Day and thank them for their patience, sacrifices and efforts. May our Lord grant us the opportunity to see days when peace, tranquility and well-being reign on earth and when Mother's Day is celebrated with beauty."
