Idil Bilgen in India for the Miss World competition
İdil Bilgen went to India to represent Türkiye in the 72nd Miss World competition. Bilgen, a graduate of Koç University School of Medicine, shared a post from the opening ceremony the other day.
Bilgen, who published many photos from the ceremony, said:
"And so, the 72nd Miss World officially kicked off with tonight's magnificent opening ceremony!"
"What an unforgettable event it was, surrounded by incredible and accomplished women from all over the world, flying our flags proudly, united by kindness and common purpose!"
"It was very special to wave the Turkish flag tonight. A memory I will remember forever! Sending all my love to the world and Türkiye Telangana, the place where dreams are crowned."
Meanwhile, İdil Bilgen's dance inspired by Indian figures on stage at the opening ceremony became a trending topic on social media.
The Miss World 2025 finale will be held on May 31 at the HITEX Exhibition Centre in Hyderabad.
