Kartal Municipality offers free transportation to cemeteries during Eid al-Adha

The vehicles allocated free of charge to citizens every year by the Kartal Municipality will be used to visit the cemeteries until the second day of the holiday this year. The services, which will depart from the Kartal Municipality Coastal Service Building in Kartal Square until June 7, provide transportation support to Soğanlık, Yakacık, Ortadağ, Kurtköy, Yeni Şeyhli and Osmangazi Cemeteries.

Kartal Mayor Gökhan said, "We stand by our neighbors who want to visit their loved ones during the holiday. As with every holiday, we continue to share our feelings and strengthen unity and solidarity on this holiday as well."

Kartal Municipality did not only provide transportation services but also offered Turkish delight to citizens visiting the cemetery. This service, which was in line with the spiritual atmosphere of the holiday, was welcomed positively by the citizens.
