The holiday periods, when social assistance comes to the forefront, stand out as a time period when institutions take strategic steps to increase employee loyalty. Companies provide their corporate assistance most intensively during the Eid al-Adha period after Ramadan. However, with the changing business world dynamics, traditional methods are giving way to more digital, more flexible and more personal solutions. According to the 2024 Market and Segmentation Research conducted by Multinet Up in collaboration with Kuantum Research, digital solutions that allow employees to choose the product they want with the amount of the reward given are welcomed by 41.6 percent of institutions.
