CMB approves debt instrument issuance applications of 8 companies

According to the Capital Markets Board (CMB) bulletin, the Board approved Galatasaray Sportif Sinai ve Ticari Yatırımları’s 8.1 billion lira, Körfez Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı’s 660 million lira, Peker Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı’s 2.5 billion lira paid-in capital increase application, Borlease Otomotiv’s 531 million 300 thousand lira free-of-charge capital increase application, and the 2 companies’ total allocated capital increase application of 2 billion 115 million lira.

The CMB also approved the application for a debt instrument issuance of 3 billion liras by Smart Solar Energy Technologies Research Development Production Industry and Trade, 1.5 billion liras by DCT Trading Foreign Trade, 1.5 billion liras by Yeo Technology Energy and Industry, 3 billion liras by Akfen Holding, 2.5 billion liras by Anadolu Isuzu Automotive Industry and Trade, 2 billion liras by DYO Paint Factories Industry and Trade, 19 billion liras by Aktif Investment Bank, and 100 million euros by Kontrolmatik Technology Energy and Engineering.

The Board decided to impose an administrative fine of 12 million 437 thousand 841 liras on 3 real persons and decided to file a criminal complaint against the content providers of 15 websites, the officials of 4 companies and 3 real persons.

The CMB ruled that the necessary legal procedures be taken to block access to websites that were found to be providing unauthorized crypto asset services to people resident in Türkiye and 46 websites that were found to be providing leveraged transactions abroad.
