The YKS supplementary preference guide has not yet been published. Last year, after the YKS placement results were announced on August 13, 2024, the university supplementary placement guide was published on September 6. Following ÖSYM's announcement, supplementary preferences were received between September 6 and 11, 2024. Accordingly, this year's supplementary preference process is expected to take place in September.

When placing students in additional placement quotas, the principles and rules in the 2025 Higher Education Institutions Exam Guide and the 2025-YKS Higher Education Programs and Quotas Guide will be followed.

YKS additional placement procedures will be carried out individually by candidates using their TR ID numbers and passwords via ÖSYM's "https://ais.osym.gov.tr" website or the ÖSYM Candidate Transactions mobile application.
