This year, the 'Vocational Talent Competition' will be held for the first time with OSB as part of Teknofest.

Minister of Industry and Technology Mehmet Fatih Kacır provided information about the competition on his social media account.

Kacır, noting that they will be organizing the "Vocational Talent Competition" for the first time this year in collaboration with OSB as part of Teknofest , said, "Participants will demonstrate their technical knowledge, dexterity, teamwork, and problem-solving skills in tasks based on real-world business scenarios in fields such as electricity, energy, automation, manufacturing, and electronics. Aiming to build strong bridges between education, production, and industry, the competition is open to vocational and technical high school students, university-level participants, graduates, and experienced field professionals."

Kacır stated that the competition included categories such as maintenance, repair and panel assembly, electrical installation and panel assembly, industrial automation and programmable systems, solar energy systems (SPP) panel installation, and PCB circuit assembly, and that they will continue to strengthen human resources in the National Technology Initiative journey.

Applications for the competition can be made via the website " http://teknofest.org " until July 31, 2025.
