Intensive work for the new face of Bodrum

The 2,900-meter road work carried out by Muğla Metropolitan Municipality on Gazi Mustafa Kemal Boulevard in Bodrum 's Turgutreis Neighborhood with a budget of 34 million liras continues at full speed. The removal of the existing coating on the road has begun.

As part of the 2,900-meter-long road construction work, a bicycle path, walking path and vehicle path will be built on the boulevard. With this investment in Bodrum, the Metropolitan Municipality aims to relieve traffic, increase urban mobility and support pedestrian safety.

Muğla Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Ahmet Aras said, “We continue our investments to increase the quality of life of our people in every corner of Muğla and to produce permanent solutions to the problems encountered in transportation. We are not only strengthening the transportation infrastructure of Bodrum and Muğla; we are also laying the foundations of a modern city vision. Gazi Mustafa Kemal Boulevard will no longer be just a transportation axis, but will also be the symbol of the modern face of Bodrum and Muğla.”
