EMRA decisions are published in the Official Gazette

The Board decisions regarding the acceptance of the Board decision of the Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EPDK) containing the changes regarding the Energy Market Notification System usage instructions were published in the Official Gazette.

Accordingly, the "notification obligation tables" for the electricity, natural gas, petroleum and LPG markets were revised and rearranged.

INVESTMENT CEILING REVISION

In addition, EMRA revised the investment ceilings of Torosgaz Isparta Burdur Doğal Gaz Dağıtım Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ for the years 2022-2026.

The company's investment ceilings set on September 8, 2022 have been revised.

The investment ceiling for Torosgaz Isparta Burdur was determined as 82 million 652 thousand 388 lira for 2022, 57 million 343 thousand 854 lira for 2023, 66 million 587 thousand 44 lira for 2024, 115 million 67 thousand 29 lira for 2025 and 165 million 657 thousand 347 lira for 2026.

In addition, an additional investment ceiling of 125 million lira for 2025 and 275 million lira for 2026 was established for the company.
