Car out of control overturned in Tuzla: 1 dead

The accident occurred at around 06:00 on the D100 Tuzla İçmeler location in the direction of Istanbul. The car with the license plate 41 H 5426, which was traveling from the direction of Kocaeli to the direction of Istanbul and had 5 people inside, first hit the barrier when the driver lost control of the steering wheel, then skidded and overturned. Police, fire, health and crime scene investigation teams were dispatched to the scene upon notification of the accident. It was learned that the condition of the 4 people in the car was good, while Ayşe Demir, who was trapped in the car, was removed from the place where she was trapped as a result of the efforts of the fire teams. Health teams determined that the unfortunate woman lost her life at the scene.

Due to the accident, the D100 Istanbul direction was closed to traffic for a while and traffic flow was diverted to the side road. After the work of the crime scene investigation teams, the car was loaded onto a tow truck and taken away. The closed D100 Highway Istanbul direction was reopened to traffic.
