Car crashes into electric bike, kills

The accident occurred on Tuesday, July 15th, in the morning hours, on the Enez Coastal Road, in the direction of the Lakes area. A car, whose driver's identity has not yet been released, rear-ended an electric bicycle driven by AK.

1 Person Lost His Life

The impact injured the bicycle driver, AK (50), and his passenger, Serpil Yetiş (41). Police and paramedics dispatched to the scene transported the injured to Enez State Hospital. Despite all medical interventions, Serpil Yetiş could not be saved. AK is reportedly in good health.

Investigation Launched

The driver of the car was detained by police. Enez District Police Department teams have launched an investigation into the accident. Factors such as road conditions, speed, and driver attention are being evaluated.
