Rain suspends Charros and Rieleros game

The torrential rain that fell Tuesday afternoon and evening prevented the first game between Charros de Jalisco and Rieleros de Aguascalientes from taking place, so there will be a doubleheader this Wednesday, July 16, at the Panamericano Stadium.

The adverse weather conditions continue to take their toll on the Jalisco team , which has had to postpone two games in less than two days. It's worth remembering that last Saturday's second game against the Algodoneros de Unión Laguna was also unavailable.

The heavy downpour that began around 6:00 p.m. gave no respite, and when everything was ready at the Zapopan stadium, it was decided to postpone the first match because the playing field was not in a condition to allow the match to take place.

This Wednesday , a doubleheader will begin at 5:00 PM, with both games going seven innings . Just like last Sunday, there will be a long day to determine the possible winner of the series.

Those who purchased tickets for this Tuesday will be able to enter tomorrow and will have the right to stay for the second match in a different seat. Therefore, the upper floor will be available, allowing their seats to be given to those who purchased tickets for that match.

Charros de Jalisco is in seventh place in the northern zone standings , so they will have to win against Aguascalientes to stay in the fight to qualify for the playoffs.
