Apple unveiled the next generation of its flagship smartphone , and for the first time in years, Argentine consumers will be able to access the latest iPhone almost simultaneously with the rest of the world.
The new iPhone 17 family, which now includes an ultra-thin version called Air , It was launched this Tuesday at the "Awe drops" event, held at the company's headquarters in Cupertino, California.
With the confirmation of local resellers , Argentina joins the select group of countries that will have the device available for purchase within a few weeks of its launch in the United States , a fact that until recently seemed unthinkable due to the usual delays in the arrival of previous models in the country.

Apple CEO Tim Cook returned to the spotlight at the event, unveiling a "new member of the iPhone family," the ultra-thin 5.6mm iPhone Air with a 6.5-inch display. The company described it as a "powerful device, yet so thin and light it seems to disappear in your hand" and with a battery that lasts "all day."

The newest member of Apple's smartphone lineup features the A19 Pro processor, "the most powerful chip for iPhone yet," also announced today, as well as a 48-megapixel dual camera system.
The rest of the line - iPhone 17, 17 Pro and 17 Pro Max - will also arrive with many technical improvements in terms of cameras and design , especially in the rear module of the Pro and Pro Max, its differential compared to the top of the range of the Android universe.
- 48-megapixel Telephoto camera, designed for high-precision captures and improved zoom.
- A19 Pro chip, which promises more powerful and efficient performance.
- Combined aluminum and glass back cover.
