Jennifer Lopez Looks Like Gwen Stefani With Blonde Hair Transformation
Jennifer Lopez fans are getting loud about her latest hair transformation.
The “On the Floor” singer shared a set of behind-the-scenes pics from her upcoming movie Kiss of the Spider Woman on Instagram Sept. 14, in which she donned a platinum blonde updo paired with bright red lipstick—and the dramatic makeover quickly drew comparisons to another pop star’s signature style.
“Thought this was Gwen Stefani at first glance,” one user commented, while another asked, “What in the Gwen Stefani is this?”
Even Natasha Bedingfield admitted to seeing the resemblance between the two.
“Omg you look like @gwenstefani,” the singer wrote, adding, “Love you sis.”
Despite the similarities, Jennifer, 56, noted that her new look was all part of embodying her character in the musical drama, which hits theaters Oct. 10.
“Stepping into the role of Aurora felt like dancing through the golden age of cinema,” she captioned the post, “with all the glitz, glamour, and a whole lot of dancing.”
Jennifer added, “Stepping back into time has never been so much fun.”
And the actress didn’t just revisit the past onscreen. Earlier this month, she briefly let time stand still as she reflected on her kids’ return to school.
“I just dropped off this little coconut to their first day of senior year,” Jennifer wrote on her Instagram Stories over a photo of herself snuggling up to 17-year-old Emme, whom she shares with ex-husband Marc Anthony. “Looking back at this photo from a few years ago, it just reminds me that they'll always be my beautiful baby!”
And for Jen—who also shares Emme’s twin Max, 17, with Marc—savoring every moment means being part of her kids’ everyday routine.
“We’re talking more about school,” she told E! News in May. “We’re talking about their friends at school and their homework and making sure they’re getting their stuff done.”
