Dax Shepard’s Daughters Are Taking After Kristen Bell in Rare Photos
For the first time in forever, Kristen Bell shared photos of her and Dax Shepard's daughters.
And their girls Lincoln, 12, and Delta, 10, bear quite the resemblance to their mother: While she covered up their faces, their blonde hair just like mom's was hard to miss.
In the Sept. 4 post, Kristen, 45, shared snaps of the Parenthood actor sharing sweet moments with the girls in honor of his latest sobriety milestone.
"This is what 21 years of sobriety looks like," she wrote. "Lots of hugging. Hugging everyone and everything. Hugging life. Thank you for getting sober, @daxshepard. I am eternally grateful to have you. We all are."
Indeed, there were plenty of hugs in the photos, as they captured the podcast host, 50, hugging his daughters at home, on a boat, at school and everywhere in between. Of course, the actress also posted a photo of herself sharing a kiss with her husband.
And while their home is full of plenty of love, it's also full of plenty of real moments, too. During a July episode of Dax's Armchair Expert podcast, he quipped that in their house, there's no ban on swearing.
"I fully swear in front of my kids," Dax explained. "They are allowed to swear, not with impunity, but when it’s called for, and they land it, and it’s in the house and not out at a restaurant, it’s OK.”
He continued, "My defense of it is, I just told the girls, like, ‘Hey, these are noises that come out of your mouth, and you assign what they mean to you.'"
At the day, it's all about honesty, trust and connection in their family.
"Even if Dax hooks up with the most beautiful person in the world at work, I know he's committed to our family," Kristen quipped to E! News in February. "I know he's coming home. I know he loves our children. I know he strives to be a great husband and father.”

Dax Shepard shared a kiss with daughters Lincoln and Delta, who were dressed in chic French-style ensembles that included striped tees and berets. Kristen Bell captioned the post in honor of her husband's birthday in January 2025, "I cannot imagine life without you."
Kristen had a rosy time going "flower farming" with her girls during a trip to S.E. Daugherty & Sons Farms in Nashville, Tenn., in July 2025.
Delta and Lincoln took in the sunset view with their furry friend in summer 2025. As Kristen put it in her Instagram post, "Lake life : 5 out of 5 jalapeños."
The Parenthood alum gave a kiss to his daughter while out to dinner.
Kristen provided a glimpse at their family bond while honoring Dax's sobriety anniversary in September 2025.

The family got emotional while sharing an embrace at school.
Dax proved he's the ultimate girl dad while sharing a hug with his kiddo, clan in lemon pajamas.
When his daughter got too tired on a boat outing, Dax carried her on his lap as he sat at the wheel.
