This health alert is issued as a result of the technical documentary analysis of the information sent by the company RB SALUTE MÉXICO SA de CV, holder of the health registration, who informed Cofepris that the following batches of the product Tempra® (Paracetamol) 3.2 g/100mL are outside the specifications of the quality standards, and therefore were not marketed or distributed and instead were sent for destruction:

However, lots ABD0574, ABD0575, ABD0577, ABD0850 were found for sale on the public highway at a street market. , therefore, the handling, transportation and storage conditions of these substances are unknown, which could modify their characteristics and not provide the desired therapeutic effect, putting the health of patients at risk.
