The Government approved the Uocra salary increase: the official statement

The national government approved the salary scales agreed upon by the Construction Workers' Union ( Uocra ). This represents a 2.2% salary increase in two stages .

"The Ministry of Human Capital , through the Secretariat of Labor, Employment and Social Security, reports that the salary scales corresponding to the Construction Workers Union of the Argentine Republic (UOCRA) have been standardized," the ministry detailed in a statement published on its X account.

He also announced that "this agreement between Uocra and the Argentine Chamber of Construction (Camarco) includes a 2.2% salary increase for the July-August period, in two 1.1% increments, plus two non-remunerative fixed sums of between 40,000 and 48,000 pesos ."

" The approval of this agreement reflects the parties' commitment to economic stability and support for the union , ensuring the protection of workers' purchasing power within current regulations. The Ministry of Human Capital values the commitment of the union and business sectors to maintaining social dialogue as a fundamental tool for reaching agreements that provide predictability to the activity and safeguard employment," it was reported.
