The video games you shouldn't miss this July

After a month of June that hasn't let up in terms of video game releases and even a new console, July slows down, but that doesn't mean it's lacking in some very interesting new releases. Donkey Kong Bananza , the new adventure of this iconic character, is the next big exclusive game for the brand new Nintendo Switch 2 .
A good selection of indie games will also be released over the next four weeks, including two Spanish productions: the psychological horror game Luto , from the Canary Islands-based team Broken Bird Games; and the fast-paced action of Ninja Gaiden: Ragebound , from the Seville-based team The Game Kitchen.
Below, we've selected some of the most exciting titles coming to PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5 , Xbox One, Xbox Series , Nintendo Switch, and Nintendo Switch 2 throughout July.

Just as a remake of the first two installments of Tony Hawk's Pro Skater was released five years ago, this new title will do the same with the third and fourth installments of this popular franchise. Nearly a quarter of a century after its original release, this update will also add new parks, skaters, and a soundtrack featuring tracks from the original games and new ones. It will be available on Game Pass at launch.

After years - decades even - in the hands of other Western studios, Nintendo brings back one of its most beloved characters to present a 3D action-platform adventure based on the destructive power of its protagonist monkey. The game has been developed by the same team that created Super Mario Odyssey , so the quality is more than assured.
