Moving from Norisbank: Bankhaus Bauer appoints Head of Banking Operations

While Freund (49) will take up her management duties on July 1, 2025, Stefan Hentze will also start as a senior advisor in the financial institution's private banking team.
Experienced manager comes from NorisbankFreund brings more than 20 years of experience in the financial world. She joins from Norisbank, where she served as COO (Chief Operating Officer) and Head of Risk Controlling. She also served as an authorized signatory and was responsible for finance, outsourcing management, strategic business development, and internal processes.
Prior to that, Freund spent over 14 years at Deutsche Bank, working in various areas including controlling, bank management, M&A, strategy, and human resources. Before her professional career, Freund studied in Lithuania at Vilnius University of Technology and Aschaffenburg University of Applied Sciences, earning two master's degrees in industrial engineering and business administration.

Banker Hentze (36) joins from Oddo BHF, where he was a senior advisor in private wealth management. Hentze previously worked as a private client and wealth advisor at Kölner Kreissparkasse.

The private bank's target group includes wealthy private investors, institutional investors, entrepreneurs and family offices in all asset classes and also with larger investment volumes.
