Entry from 5 million euros: Rosberg Ventures launches direct investment strategy

Rosberg Ventures' first direct investment is in Clickhouse, a San Francisco-based real-time data analytics provider. The company has over 2,000 customers, including Anthropic, Meta , Sony, and Tesla . The company raised $350 million in its third round of financing, bringing the total raised to $650 million from venture capital firms to date.
Through its umbrella funds, Rosberg Ventures manages more than €100 million for entrepreneurial families from Germany and Europe, which are invested in international VC funds. Capital for direct investments is raised separately. In the medium term, 20 percent of the assets under management are earmarked for direct investments.
Rosberg Ventures aims to manage total assets of €200 million by the end of 2025. Individual direct investments are expected to be in the mid-seven-figure range.
