DOW JONES--A trader at Lang & Schwarz reported quiet after-hours trading on Tuesday. Zalando shares were unchanged. The company is closing its acquisition of the online fashion retailer About You. The company announced that it has cleared the final regulatory hurdle with approval from the EU Commission. The transaction is now scheduled to close on July 11.

BayWa shares rose by 0.5 percent on very low trading volumes. The crisis-hit agricultural trader is implementing the capital increase provided for in its restructuring plan. As the company announced, the subscription price for the capital increase was set at €2.79. The share capital is to be increased to up to €277 million through the issuance of up to 72.3 million shares.
